PROJECTS
Welcome to my portfolio! This is where Marketing meets Me - from website glow-ups to content that clicks, this is where my love for design, writing, and data all come together.
Project 01: Digitizing The Middle Six's Sales Bootcamp
Role: Lead Consultant
I worked closely with three team members to develop a comprehensive business strategy to digitize The Middle Six's sales bootcamp. Together, we created a detailed survey to gather insights on participants' most valued aspects of the program, areas for improvement, and overall satisfaction. Using the survey results, we identified key strengths and opportunities for enhancing the bootcamp's format and content. Our team presented these findings to the client, supported by visual data charts, and proposed actionable recommendations to transition the program to a digital format, ensuring greater accessibility and continued relevance for future participants.

Project 02: Social Media Strategy: Making the CBMS Major More Inclusive
Role: Social Media Strategist
For this project, I developed and launched a social media strategy to increase diversity and representation of Latin@ undergraduates interested in the Consumer Behavior & Marketplace Studies major. Over the semester (and still ongoing), I researched target audiences and identified key influencers within the UW-Madison community. This work included creating a comprehensive digital marketing strategy document, a content calendar, and launching the @uwlatinxcbms page. A major challenge was refining the type of content to ensure it was engaging and relevant to Latin@ students, as well as initially building a following. However, by connecting with key influencers like the SoHE page and other UW-affiliated accounts, I successfully grew the page to 50 new followers, enhancing engagement and visibility for Latin@ students in CBMS.

Role: Data Analyst
In this project, I analyzed inventory turnover rates and identified best-selling products, providing insights into retail stock management and sales trends. By applying key consumer analytics and financial analysis concepts, I helped optimize inventory levels to ensure popular items were always available while minimizing excess stock.

Project 04: Retail Financial Analysis: Percent Contribution By Store
Role: Data Analyst
For this project, I calculated and evaluated the speed of inventory movement across multiple store locations. Leveraging data analysis techniques, I assessed each store's contribution to overall sales and vendor profitability. This analysis informed strategic decisions to improve stock distribution and enhance sales performance across stores. With an understanding of retail business finance and analytics, I have a solid skill set in extracting insights in merchandise and inventory analysis.
